Setting up your card is simply and takes no more than 15 minutes to do. Once you purchase your card your order confirmation email will have instructions on how to do so. We use a free third party app that is the best available one to code our cards. The people you share your card information with will not need to download this app to view your card and rather the purpose of the app is so you can manage your card profiles and the content on those profiles.
What devices does Hovery work with?
Our cards work with all NFC compatible devices. Currently any iPhone 10 or newer & most androids will have no problems detecting our cards. However for the older devices that do not have NFC capabilities, people can scan the QR from the app or you can attach the QR code to the back of your card.
How long do Hovery cards last?
Hovery cards are made to last. Ranking our cards from least to most drop resistant - white < coloured < metal ! However none of the cards are indestructible so if you treat your card very poorly you could damage the card and the chip inside making it no longer useable. Treat it as you would treat your credit or debit card and you shouldn't have any issues.

When you order your Hovery card you will get access to our learning portal where we guide you through setting up your card and accessing all other features in less than 15 minutes. You can find this link in either your order confirmation email or with your card in the package it was delivered in!
